If you haven't yet discovered the fabulous malleable, delicious smelling properties of Buzzcloth, you're in for a treat. Made from all-natural materials - a combination of beeswax and plant extracts infused into organic cloth - this reusable beeswax food wrap is a great substitute for foil (except in the oven) and plastic.
It behaves as a cling cloth, shaping and moulding to its contents which could be anything from fruit and vegetables (or half thereof), blocks of cheese, sandwiches, bowls of leftovers or rising dough or even marinating meat (avoid direct contact with raw meat). Buzzcloth is very easy to clean - hand-wash in cold water with or without mild soap and drip dry to re-use.
